What is the cost?
The cost depends on the number of musicians or the size of the group that you want to hire, the duration of the event, and the
location (if it is outside of the Greater Toronto Area). Please complete and send us the quote form and we will be happy to
response with an estimated appraisal of the total cost for your event.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept a cash payment or cheques.
When will you arrive at my event?
Arrival time will depend on the size of the group you chose, the type of the band, and the size of our equipment. Typically
arrivals will be no more than 30min to 1 hour prior to the event. However we can assure you that there will be enough time to
set everything up and clear the area just before the event.
How long are your breaks?
Depends on the type of music and the event. We usually take 10 minutes of break every hour but even then the music does not
have to stop as we use a Disc Jockey, often a member of our group. We will stop playing at your request during the time for a
speech or a game and we can use that time for a break. One of our strongest assets is flexibility so we will work around your
schedule.
Do you have a song list?
Yes. We can provide you with a repertoire of songs/pieces that we play or you may simply ask for a particular piece and if
there is enough time we will arrange it for you.
Do you take requests?
Yes. You may request a piece during our performance 'on the fly' and if it is in our repertoire we will play it. If you want
us to perform music that is outside of our repertoire then you will need to request it before the event so we can make
arrangements.
What will the musicians wear?
Our musicians wear formal dress, suits, or ethnic costumes depending on the type of music you request.
Can we meet in person?
Naturally, we can meet in person and discuss your event, the music, and other details.
Do I need to supply anything for the band?
Space, one electrical outlet, and cigarette smoke free air
